I for one do not understand why we would be concerned about this sight being subject for selective proscription by higher authorities. The government is required to protect and preserve the sovereignty and integrity of both the physical and digital domain. The Roman Censors filled a similar role, and the romans just loved it.
Plagiarism is not a scourge but rather a higher form of compliment. One of my regrets in life is that none of my students or colleagues have complimented me in this way. Plagiarism is also an art form which is less understood. It requires courage, a flexible set of ethical standards and talent to re-construct and represent a prior work in a way that is indistinguishable from the original.
Truth shall prevail only in the eye of beholder, even if she or he are blind.
